Jamal Moshtagh – CEO, Solar Parto Tech
With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath, Dr. Jamal Moshtagh brings over 30 years of experience in power systems, electrical installations, and renewable energy technologies.
Before founding Solar Parto Tech, he held leadership roles at the Kurdistan Electricity Distribution Company and served as a professor at the University of Kurdistan, where he supervised numerous research projects in power distribution and clean energy.
Dr. Moshtagh has contributed extensively to engineering standards, consulted for major industrial projects, and holds patents in clean energy production. Now based in the UK under a Global Talent Visa, he leads Solar Parto Tech in designing and implementing advanced solar energy solutions.

Mozhgan Khalilollahi is a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in the renewable energy sector. She has a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. Her expertise encompasses market analysis, digital marketing strategies, and stakeholder engagement, all tailored to promote sustainable energy solutions.

As Chief Technology Officer at Solar Parto Tech, Ash brings deep expertise in database design, information systems, AI, and machine learning. With a strong background in architecting scalable IT infrastructures, Ash has played a key role in integrating advanced data analytics and AI-driven optimizations into renewable energy solutions.
